Generation problems
Why a generation, an AI text or a Studio job didn't start or stopped halfway, what happened to its credits, and what to do.
Generating posts, texts, scenes and videos costs credits. When the work stops, the message says why, and SemPost gives back the credits of the work it didn't do. Find the message below; How credits work explains where credits come from and go.
When the work doesn't start
These messages come before anything is made, so no credits are taken.

When a product fails in Generate from products
The Generating card at the top of the Approval queue follows each product. When a cause may pass, such as a slow service, SemPost tries again by itself first. A product that still fails shows its reason on its row. The credits of the steps it didn't reach come back, and Try again on the row reserves only the steps that are left, at the price on the button.

Writing, rewriting and new images
- AI writes it on the Posts page shows its price before it writes. The AI's answer could not be used. No credits were taken; try again. means just that: press it again.
- Not enough posts to learn the voice from yet: at least … posts with interactions are needed. In the voice of my best posts needs posts with interactions: they fill in as Analytics syncs. Write without it until then.
- Only a generated post can be rewritten or get a new image. Rewrite the text and New image are for posts the AI generated.
- This network takes the product's real photo, not a generated image. Google Business Profile posts use the product's own photo, so they get no new image.
- A video post keeps its video: a new image is for image posts. Generate the product again for a new video.
The Studio and the Video Studio
- Add a picture or a video to the tray first. The tray is empty: add pictures or a video.
- The tray's pictures or video are no longer in the library. / The video's pictures are no longer in the library. Someone deleted them from the media library: add them again.
- The pictures could not be fetched from that address. Check the address, or upload the pictures instead.
- This motion style moves from one picture to the next: it needs … pictures. Add pictures, or pick another style.
- This motion style is not offered right now. Pick another motion style.
- The posts could not be written. with Unused credits were refunded. in the bar at the foot of the Studio: the AI couldn't write the posts, and the credits it didn't use came back. Send again.
- A Studio video marked Failed shows its reason under it. Paid parts that can't be used aren't charged.
- In the Video Studio, The last final could not be made: comes with its reason. When the AI couldn't keep the product in a shot, that shot is finished with photo motion and not charged: make the final again to retry it.
- One of the shots cannot be made for your workspace right now. Pick another Kind of shot, such as Still (free), for the shot marked This kind of shot cannot be made for this workspace right now.
