Consumer complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to [email protected] first. The Terms of Service explain the law that applies and where disputes are decided. SemPost does not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect your right to go to court or to the bodies that your own law provides for consumers, such as the consumer arbitration committees in Turkey.

Trademarks

Instagram, Facebook and Threads are trademarks of Meta. YouTube and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google. TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners, as are other names used on our websites, such as Bluesky, WooCommerce, Stripe and Link.
