Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility target for SemPost, where we stand today, known limitations and how to report a barrier.

Version and validity

  • Version: 30 October 2026. This version applies from that date.
  • Last updated: 30 October 2026.
  • From: CS Digital Wonders (CS Digital Wonders LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA; 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). SemPost is a product of CS Digital Wonders.
  • How changes are announced: we update this statement when we assess SemPost again or fix known problems, and record every change in the Changes section at the end of this page.

Our commitment

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use SemPost. Our target is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We set this target voluntarily; see "Legal framework" below.

What this statement covers

  • our websites www.sempost.ai (including the blog) and docs.sempost.ai;
  • the SemPost app at app.sempost.ai;
  • the SemPost app inside the Shopify admin (embed.sempost.ai);
  • the emails we send.

Where we stand today

We have not yet had SemPost audited for accessibility, so we cannot yet say how far it meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Until we have assessed it, please treat SemPost as not yet assessed. While we build SemPost, we check it with automated tools and by using it with the keyboard alone. Within a year, we will review SemPost in full against WCAG 2.2 AA and publish the result in this statement.

What we already do

  • We check our websites and the app with automated tools and keyboard tests while we build them. For our public websites, our goal is an accessibility score of at least 90 in Lighthouse on every page . Automated checks find only part of the problems.
  • Each page of the app starts with a "Skip to content" link, so keyboard users can jump past the navigation.
  • When your device asks for reduced motion, the app switches off its animations and transitions, including in the post history, which updates itself.
  • The app has a light and a dark theme, and both the app and the websites are available in English and Turkish.

Known limitations

We have not yet reviewed SemPost in full, so this list is not complete. What we know today:

  • SemPost does not yet let you add alternative text (a short description of an image for people who use screen readers) to the pictures in a post, and it does not send alternative text to the social networks. Where a network lets you add such a description to a published post, you can add it there.

Posts, images and videos that you create with SemPost and publish on social networks are your content. Please make them accessible as well, for example with clear texts and with captions in videos.

Content from other services

Some steps in SemPost happen on pages of other companies, whose accessibility we do not control:

  • the payment pages of Link (Stripe);
  • the Shopify admin around our Shopify app;
  • the permission screens of the social networks and of our social gateway Zernio when you connect an account;
  • the Cloudflare Turnstile check on some of our forms.

If one of these blocks you, tell us. We will try to help you complete the step another way.

Report a barrier

If something in SemPost is hard or impossible for you to use, email [email protected]. Please tell us:

  • the address of the page or the part of the app;
  • what you were trying to do and what went wrong;
  • if you like, the browser and any assistive technology you use;
  • how we can reach you.

You can also ask us for the content of our legal pages or our documentation in another format: as plain text or in large print.

Response time

We confirm that we have received your message within 5 business days. Within 30 days we tell you what we will do about the problem and, where we can, by when.

The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) requires certain services offered to consumers in the EU to be accessible. Microenterprises that provide services are exempt. CS Digital Wonders is a small business. We publish this statement voluntarily and commit to the measures it describes.

Review of this statement

We prepared this statement ourselves; it is a self-assessment, not the result of an external audit. We review it at least once a year and after major changes to SemPost.
