Explanation
Original posts, not copies
How a rule keeps its posts from repeating each other across accounts and over time, and keeps them within each network's limits.
A rule can share the same product on several accounts and come back to it again and again. These safeguards keep each post its own: different words on each account, its own time, a new angle and another photo each time, and each network's limits.
Different text on accounts of the same network
When a rule has more than one account on the same network, the AI is asked to write clearly different posts for them: another opening, another angle, other words. SemPost then compares the texts, leaving links and hashtags aside. If a second account's text is nearly the same as one already written for that product on the network, its post stays a draft with Another account on the same network got nearly the same text.
For example, these two count as the same text: only a "!", a "." and their hashtags differ.

Posts on different networks are written for each network, so they aren't compared.
Not all in the same minute
With several accounts in a rule, a product's posts are spread at least 30 minutes apart, so your accounts don't all post it in the same minute. SemPost moves a later account's time forward or back by up to an hour, on the same day and keeping that account's own posts 4 hours apart. If the account's day has no room for that, the time stays.
A new angle each time
Each post the AI writes has one main angle: the material, a moment of use, a gift, care, design, the story, value or a detail. SemPost keeps every post's angle. When a rule shares a product again on an account, the AI is told not to take the angles of that product's last three posts there. If the last posts about a mug were a gift idea and how to care for it, the next one takes another angle.
How soon a product may come back on an account is the rule's own setting: When can a product repeat? in its Schedule step.
Another photo each time
With the Product photo style, posts use the store's own photo instead of a made scene. When a rule shares the product again, the first picture is the next photo in the product's list, so its photos take turns. This needs a product with more than one photo. With a scene style, a new scene is made each time the product is prepared.
Each network's limits
These limits apply to every automation post, even when the AI's text goes over them:
- Instagram: at most five hashtags.
- Threads: at most one hashtag.
- Google Business Profile: phone numbers are taken out of the text. A price such as 1,250.00 TL stays.
