Rewrite the text or make a new image
Have the AI write a generated post's text again, or make a new scene for its picture, at the price shown before you confirm.
A generated post that isn't quite right can be improved before it goes out. Rewrite the text has the AI write a new version of the text; New image makes a new scene for the picture. Both cost credits, and the window shows the price before you confirm. Small changes are free with Edit. Either change gives the post a new version: an approver who saw the old one has to look again before approving it.
The buttons are on generated posts, the ones with the AI badge, in the Waiting, Drafts and Rejected tabs of the Approval queue.
Rewrite the text
Open the window
On the post's card, press Rewrite the text.
Choose the tone and an instruction
Keep Same tone or pick another one. Add an Extra instruction (optional) if you want, such as "Make it shorter and end with a question."
Confirm
The window shows the price. Press Confirm. When the new text is in, SemPost says The text was rewritten.
The AI writes a clearly different version for the same account, in the post's language. It uses the product details read when the posts were made and the run's choices: whether to mention the price, the link, the discount code, the campaign, the hashtag set and the emoji. The extra instruction you gave for the run isn't repeated: write it again if it still matters.
The text, the hashtags, the title and the line drawn on the picture can all change. On Instagram and Facebook the first comment can be written again too, and on Instagram hashtags you had put in the first comment come back into the text: read both before you approve. The picture, the post's time and its tab stay as they were.
Make a new image
Open the window
On the post's card, press New image. It isn't offered on video posts, on Google Business Profile posts, which keep the product's own photo, or on drafts made by automation.
Confirm
The Make a new image window shows the price of one scene. Press Confirm. SemPost says The new image is ready.
A new scene is made from the product's photos, in the run's scene style, and takes the place of this post's main picture (the first one in a carousel). The product's other posts keep the old picture, and the text stays. If the run used Product photo, the new picture is a Lifestyle scene. The text on the picture, the labels and your logo, when it's on, are drawn on the new picture when the post goes out. Press the picture on the card to see it larger, in the size the network gets.
What it costs
Each rewrite and each new image is charged once, at the price in its window. A rewrite runs on the writing model and a new image on the image model chosen in Settings › AI models, so a different choice there changes these prices. See the exact credits before you start.
If something goes wrong
- This post changed since you looked at it. Look at it again before approving. Someone changed the post while you were looking. The card now shows the latest version: check it and try again.
- The price changed. Look at the new total before generating. The workspace's AI model changed. Nothing was taken; the window shows the new price.
- The product's photos could not be read. A new image is made from the product's photos, and they can't be read from the store right now. Try again later.
- Not enough credits: this needs … credits and … are available. The owner can buy credits in Settings › Billing.
